After becoming licensed as a sales associate in 1979, Evelyn worked part-time until her third and youngest son Ben entered high school. Upon being licensed as a Broker in 1993, part-time was soon full-time, and she has since been an integral part of Guerrant Real Estate.
I am a lifelong resident of Danville. I graduated from Centre College in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in history. Whether selling a home, buying your first, or looking for a house to meet your changing needs, my clients are my first priority.
Being a Kentucky resident her entire life, Eva Sanford has a genuine love for her home state. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Eva worked as the administrative office and marketing assistant for Guerrant Real Estate. During this time, she developed a desire to assist families with purchasing and selling of their homes while marketing the team’s listings.
As a Boyle County native and lifelong Danville resident, Denise Terry is familiar with the local market, economy, and residents. Denise brings experience in marketing, sales, management, and strong customer service skills she gained from owning and operating a local small business for over 12 years.
